Orcas Island’s Camp Orkila is one of those ‘bucket list’ type places you can check off by joining the Bainbridge Island YMCA Adventure Guides at the camp this year. Here are the details:
When: Sunday April 27 from 12-4pm
Where: The Grange on Madison
The Pinewood Derby Race day is one of Tyeenation’s favorite events. Dad’s and their kids (in that order) get to design and build their own 6.5 oz Pinewood Derby car and then race them for pride and trophies. Check back soon for information about our pre-Pinewood Derby Design event.
Please contact Chief Motley Monkey if you have any Pinewood Derby rules or event questions.

What to do? How about snowshoeing, cross country skiing, tubing runs and a snowdeck course that are all on-site. TTR will provide snowshoes, cross country ski gear, inner tubes and snowdecks – you just need to bring your winter gear and sleeping bag!
Tall Timber will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. The main cabin at Tall Timber holds 30, includes a full kitchen and is the general meeting place for movie nights and feats of strength.
